There is rising demand for companies to implement Human Rights Due Diligence in order to know their supply chains, address human and labor rights abuses, and mitigate risk. To be effective, workers need to be actively included in the process, yet for many companies, it can be unclear how to do so. In this plenary, FishWise will host a panel of experts to explore how companies can implement impactful HRDD in a way that represents true worker engagement, and enables worker-led efforts and agency.
