Kelley K. Bell

Kelley leads social responsibility strategy and efforts for FishWise, advising companies and collaborating across the sector to build resilient supply chains that uphold international labor standards. Her team is responsible for the RISE platform, a free, publicly available online platform that lays out a Roadmap designed to guide companies as they implement human rights due diligence and promote decent work in the seafood sector. She currently sits on the Consortium for Social Risks in Seafood, the Seafood Working Group, the FAO Technical Working Group, and the MBA Social Sustainability Advisory Group, and acts as advisor for the Food Marketing Institute's Sustainable Seafood Committee.

Prior to FishWise, Kelley served as Global V.P. of Social and Environmental Impact at Driscoll’s. She partnered with business leaders to integrate responsible practices and purpose into core operations. During her 14 years in Agriculture, Kelley established Driscoll’s charitable and community impact programs, award-winning labor standards, and collaborative environmental projects. The efforts of Kelley and her team resulted in long-term shifts in social and environmental practices in the produce industry and improved conditions for thousands of farm workers. In her free time, she serves on the board of the Resource Conservation District of Santa Cruz County.
