The call for proposals is now closed for the conference programs held at Seafood Expo North America/Seafood Processing North America and Seafood Expo Global/Seafood Processing Global! 

Seafood Expo events deliver the highest quality trade events for thousands of seafood buyers and suppliers from around the world during the annual three-day expositions. The conference programs welcome speakers from all areas of the seafood supply chain to discuss business innovation, sustainability initiatives, consumer trends, and market updates. Both programs will be presented in English.

Guidelines for Submission

The content team places higher value on presentations that provide:

  • Timely topics, new information, emerging and/or innovative approaches, practices, or techniques
  • Case studies, success stories and lessons learned by the organization itself
  • Specialized topics related to key practice areas of the conference

Your proposal should include:

  • A presentation title
  • Session abstract (approximately 500 words)
  • 3 practical takeaways for the audience

The conference program is educational, promotional proposals will not be accepted. Presenters may not hand out marketing materials or product samples to the audience. 

Session time slots are typically 60 minutes in length and should allow time for Q&A.  Interactive formats including panels are strongly encouraged.  Select sessions may be considered for longer timeslots such as workshops or roundtable discussions.  Please indicate in your proposal if your session format seeks additional time or other alternate formats.
