Greg Hulme

Greg Hulme currently serves as the Senior Team Leader in Merchandising (Seafood) at Whole Foods Market based in Austin, Texas. His journey at Whole Foods Market spans nearly 15 years, starting as a meat department team member and advancing to the role of Principal Category Merchant in Seafood. Originally from Chicago, Greg's career trajectory encompassed diverse roles, from a sales intern and warehouse associate to a construction laborer, before finding his niche at Whole Foods Market. Greg holds a Bachelor degree in Business Administration with a major in Marketing from Baker College of Muskegon. His expertise lies in overseeing assortment planning for packaged seafood and leveraging his extensive operational and merchandising experience across different departments. Outside of work, he finds joy in culinary pursuits, connecting his passion for cooking to the sourcing ethos ingrained in Whole Foods Market's mission. As an avid scuba diver, Greg enjoys spending his free time exploring the ocean's depths.a
