Daniela Soto Castro

Daniela Soto graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Food Engineering from Tecnológico de Monterrey in Mexico. Currently, Daniela is an HPP Food Applications Specialist at Hiperbaric in Miami, Florida. In this role, Daniela provides scientific and technological support to HPP users, including seafood processors. She helps customers innovate HPP products at the Hiperbaric HPP Incubator Pilot Plant in Miami, FL. She is a thought leader for HPP, participating in webinars, presentations and workshops. Daniela has experience in food research and industry and has been involved with the Institute of Food Technologists (IFT), winning two international competitions.
