Chuck Anderson is VP and Partner with Certified Quality Foods working with all levels of the seafood supply chain to monitor and improve seafood quality.
Chuck is also the princpal owner of Retial Seafood Consulting, which works with seafood retailers on issues from sourcing to retail merchandising.
Chuck began his career as a fishmonger, cutting, packing, selling, and delivering fish to supermarkets and chefs in the Washington DC and Baltimore markets, and still finds working behind the counter with customers most rewarding.
