Dennis Prescott is a celebrated Canadian chef, TV host, and cookbook author. A former musician turned chef, Dennis has enjoyed a long career in the food industry from working in restaurants, pop-ups, and private catering to writing a column for Food & Wine. His experience teaching numerous communities how to cook and a love for travelling led him to co-host Netflix’s series Restaurants on the Edge. Dennis’ second cookbook, Cook With Confidence, Over 100 Inspiring Recipes To Cook And Eat Together, is the result of years of travelling the globe, exploring, tasting everything, cooking with some of the most inspiring cooks and chefs on the planet, constantly learning and growing, and cherishing those beautiful moments at the communal table. Dennis currently has 854K Instagram followers, and this will be his 3rd year attending Seafood Expo North America.
Dennis is proudly the brand ambassador for New Brunswick – Deliciously Canadian, a brand managed by the New Brunswick Department of Agriculture, Aquaculture and Fisheries. It promotes New Brunswick’s top seafood, agri-food and beverage products in international markets. It drives awareness of the province’s delicious food and beverage exports through retail and food service promotions, marketing collateral, overseas trade and press missions and advertising.
