I have been in the seafood business since 1976 in a career evenly split between the Buy Side and the Sell Side. I created operating profit while Director of Seafood at Kings Supermarket, Harris Teeter Supermarkets, and Stop & Shop Supermarket on a fully loaded P & L.
I teach a Level 6 graduate course in marketing at the Rosenstiel School of Marine and Atmospheris Science and consult on offshore seafood producers, mostly in Brazil.
