We are unable to provide letters of invitation for the purpose of obtaining a visa for travel. We have been informed that a letter of invitation has no bearing on whether a visa will be issued. When applying for your visa, be sure to provide a copy of your registration confirmation to attend the show, as well as any promotional materials you have received verifying the exhibition is a valid event. Only qualified seafood industry professionals may attend Seafood Expo North America/Seafood Processing North America. The exposition is business-to-business trade events; the events are not open to the public.
Due to liability restrictions, no one under the age of 18 years, including infants & toddlers, will be allowed on the show floor at any time.
Child care services are not provided and are not available at the convention center. If you must travel with your children, please make appropriate arrangements elsewhere for their care during your visit to the event.
Please REVIEW carefully these important policies and measures about bag searching, safety and the prohibition of all weapons (including firearms) at the Thomas M. Menino Convention & Exhibition Center before arriving to the event and plan your arrival to the expo and your meetings accordingly.
All soliciting on the expo floor by attendees is strictly prohibited.
All product sampling must be done on the exhibit floor. Attendees will not be permitted to exit the exhibit hall with product samples. Samples that attendees attempt to remove from the show floor will be confiscated at the exits and donated to charity.

Event Management and onPeak want to make you aware of a change in the cancellation policy for the 2026 event. All cancellations should now be made by February 20, 2026, and any cancellations after that date could result in the loss of a one (1) night’s room and tax per reservation. At the Westin Waterfront any cancellations after that date could result in the loss of a one (2) night’s room and tax per reservation.
This change is to ensure that all rooms in the block are being used by exhibitors and attendees.
