Daniel Montanuy De La Mata

Daniel start his carreer at 2010 as student of gastronomy in his native country at the age of 16. At 20 he moved to Barcelona, motivated for growing and learning on the high gastronomy of the city.

A few years later, after work in luxury hotels and Michelin restaurants, in 2023 he was selected for the Spanish National Team of competition, for compete on the IKA Olimpycs 2024.

Now, he works at Hotel Arts as sous chef.
