Samir brings extensive sector expertise from his role as Chief Strategy Officer at Milarex/ULTCO, the world’s largest independent salmon processor, and from leading seafood coverage as Head of Securities Research at ABG Sundal Collier. While at ABG, he also co-founded the North Atlantic Seafood Forum, now the world’s largest top-executive seafood business conference.
Over a 24-year career spanning investment banks Pareto Securities and ABG Sundal Collier, consulting firm McKinsey & Co., and private equity firm Achates, Samir has developed deep experience in strategy, M&A, due diligence, capital markets transactions, operations, project management, private equity, and seafood industry research.
