Nicole is a senior economic and community development executive specializing in turnaround leadership, change
management, public private partnerships, program
development and implementation, expedited and high-profile
project delivery, and in organizational operations. Her
experience and expertise are in food systems and logistics,
large-scale infrastructure development, waterfront and
transportation projects, decarbonization and climate justice,
advocacy, asset management, emergency management,
and leading large teams.
Nicole was named one of the 2025 Top 25 Women in Food
& Hospitality by Total Food Service, and on the 2024 and
2025 City and State Bronx Power 100 Lists.
