As Senior Product Manager for Multi-head Weighers and Vertical Baggers at Harpak-ULMA Packaging, he leads new product development initiatives focused on performance, efficiency, and customer value. With a background spanning executive leadership, engineering management, and business ownership, Mike has successfully driven projects from concept through commercialization while building high-performing teams. A former COO and Engineering Manager, he brings deep expertise in GMP, process improvement, and value stream optimization. Mike holds a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Massachusetts Dartmouth.
