Kiff Gallagher is an entrepreneurial executive with 30 years’ experience in environmental and social innovation through business. He has founded and led organizations across sectors and industries including sustainable supply chains and food systems, technology & media, global economic development and U.S. public policy. Kiff specializes in growing early-mid stage companies, and providing leadership to larger ones in crisis, transition, high-growth and launching new ventures.
Kiff is co-creator and Executive Director of the Global Heat Reduction Initiative (GHR), a groundbreaking climate finance, registry and data provider that enables organizations to verifiably reduce atmospheric heat and pollution on their path to net zero. Other recent and relevant roles include Head of Sustainability and environmental asset development at blockchain company, BlockApps, and Senior Vice President at Winrock International where he helped manage the American Carbon Registry (ACR).
Kiff served as Legislative Aide in the White House Office of Social Innovation and a co-founder of AmeriCorps. He was the President of the Social Venture Network and held senior roles at plant-based beverage companies Odwalla and Califia Farms. Kiff serves as strategic advisor to Blue & Yellow, a sustainable apparel start-up; Immoderata, a technology-focused investment firm; and is a co-founder of the Greg Steltenpohl Pragmatic Visionary Award.
