Chandra Davis is the Director of Growth and Strategy at Seafood People, a role she has held since 2018. She leads the People Strategy for North America and has supported hundreds of assignments across talent acquisition, talent development, and organizational design. Her capabilities also include people due diligence in Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A), and she is certified in several assessment tools widely used by Fortune 500 companies.
Before joining Seafood People, Chandra helped establish IntraFish Media’s Leadership and Investor conference series. She also brings experience from Venture Capital, where she focused on building high-performing teams and managing complex projects.
Chandra holds a degree in Psychology from Emory University and advanced certificates from UC Berkeley in “Mindfulness and Resilience at Work” and “Empathy and Emotional Intelligence at Work.” She is also a recipient of Orlando Magazine’s “Women Who Mean Business” award.
