Alex Golub is the Sustainability Director at Acme Smoked Fish, the largest smoked seafood manufacturer in the U.S. and a fourth-generation family-owned business based in Brooklyn, NY. She also serves as Chair of Sea Pact, a coalition of 11 leading North American seafood companies advancing social and environmental responsibility across global seafood supply chains. Alex holds a Master’s in Food Studies from NYU, with a focus on food policy.
