Event Management and onPeak want to make you aware of a change in the cancellation policy for the 2026 event. All cancellations should now be made by February 20, 2026, and any cancellations after that date could result in the loss of a one (1) night’s room and tax per reservation. At the Westin Waterfront any cancellations after that date could result in the loss of a one (2) night’s room and tax per reservation. This change is to ensure that all rooms in the block are being used by exhibitors and attendees.
