Jack Scott

Jack Scott is a Vice President of Sustainability and serves as the Nestlé Global Seafood Responsible Sourcing Lead where he and his team is focused on ensuring the responsible and ethical sourcing of fish and seafood.  Jack joined Nestlé in 2003 leading product marketing and brand management efforts for several brands in Purina U.S. and Nestlé China Ltd.  In 2013, Jack began leading sustainable sourcing efforts for numerous ingredient categories at Nestlé and Purina working within domestic and international supply chains, including managing teams in the U.S., China, and Thailand.  Today, Jack is a vocal advocate and champion for human rights and prioritizes the responsible recruitment and ethical treatment of workers above all else as part of setting his company’s future strategy for fish and seafood sourcing.  Jack’s end-to-end knowledge and experience of ingredient supply chains from the origin of materials to branded products brings a highly unique perspective of value chain creation and can visualize a more trusted and resilient seafood industry centered on responsible sourcing.
