Donna Lanzetta

Donna Lanzetta is an attorney, entrepreneur, and global advocate for sustainable seafood and ocean stewardship. She is the immediate past Cahir of the World Ocean Council, where she continues to lead efforts to advance corporate social responsibility and collaboration across ocean industries.  She also sits on the Board of the Pace University Environmental Law Center’s Sustainable Business Law Hub, bringing her legal expertise and business acumen to support sustainable development. As Founder of the Manna Ocean Foundation, Donna works for the nonprofit to foster innovation and collaboration in aquaculture, including the establishment of Aquaculture Innovation Centers in the U.S. She is also the visionary force behind a family of pioneering enterprises – Manna Fish Farms, Manna Seafood Blockchain, and Manna Systems, each designed to advance responsible seafood production, facilitate supply chain efficiency through transparency, and integrate cutting-edge technologies. Donna earned her J.D, from Pace University School of Law, and holds an undergraduate degree in Business Marketing/Management from Long Island University Southampton College. Through the Manna Companies, she is exploring new models for ocean farming that integrate circular economy principles, circular diversification, AI, automation, supply chain transparency and tracking of products, alternative feed systems, integrated multitrophic aquaculture (IMTA), and utilization of renewable ocean energy. Recognized internationally as a leader in seafood sustainability, Donna is committed to advancing the blue economy. Her leadership across organizations, including the World Ocean Council, Manna Ocean Foundation and Pace University Sustainable Business Law Hub, reflects her dedication to safeguarding ocean health while driving responsible, forward looking blue economic growth.
