Caitlyn Czajkowski

As the Executive Director of the National Aquaculture Association, Caitlyn Czajkowski is a marine biologist who is dedicated to advancing the U.S. aqauculture sector through policy grounded in science and the realities of aquaculture production. Her expertise is rooted in practical field work, with graduate work at Delaware State University that focused on oyster aquaculture and food safety. Caitlyn also served as a NOAA Knauss Marine Policy Fellow in the office of Senator Chris Coons, where she covered a complex portfolio of topics, spanning climate reslience to international conservation. Today, she leverages this unique blend of research, technical and legislative experience to champion policies that enhane national food secutity, drive economic growth and above all ensure the long-term resilience of the domestic aquaculture industry and the communities it supprots
