Only qualified seafood industry professionals may attend Seafood Expo North America/Seafood Processing North America. The exposition is business-to-business trade events; the events are not open to the public.
Sample Donation Policy: Seafood Expo North America’s official product donation
organization is the Greater Boston Foodbank. Because of the nature of the product
and need for guaranteed fresh or frozen transport, we partner with the Greater Boston
Food Bank which has the cold storage resources to gather, transport, and deliver
seafood product to food banks across the Boston area. The Food Bank will be onsite
to hand out fliers to note what product you want to donate and will come at event
close to gather items. Onsite, information on product donations is available in the
exhibitor services area in Room 052. If you intend on having your product picked up
rather than donated by a 3rd party, you are required to submit an outbound shipping
Bill of Lading to Freeman before the end of the event so that the carrier can pick up
your product at the docks.
Due to liability restrictions, no one under the age of 18 years, including infants & toddlers, will be allowed on the show floor at any time.
Child care services are not provided and are not available at the convention center. If you must travel with your children, please make appropriate arrangements elsewhere for their care during your visit to the event.
Please REVIEW carefully these important policies and measures about bag searching, safety and the prohibition of all weapons (including firearms) at the Thomas M. Menino Convention & Exhibition Center before arriving to the event and plan your arrival to the expo and your meetings accordingly.
All soliciting on the expo floor by attendees is strictly prohibited.
All product sampling must be done on the exhibit floor. Attendees will not be permitted to exit the exhibit hall with product samples. Samples that attendees attempt to remove from the show floor will be confiscated at the exits and donated to charity.
