She currently leads Customer Success at Pepper, managing 50+ accounts—primarily in the seafood vertical—and shaping adoption strategies that drive retention, revenue, and overall product value. Margaret joined Pepper four years ago with the goal of bringing ecommerce to seafood distribution, building on her experience at leading industry organizations including Seattle Fish Co., Blue Ocean Mariculture, Ducktrap River of Maine, and Skuna Bay.
