Sébastien Metz is part of the EMEA Market Development team at the Global Seafood Alliance (GSA). Trained as a fisheries economist and a fisheries biologist, he has spent the last 25 years working in the seafood industry for various public research centres, quasi-governmental organisations and consultancies. He has collaborated with the Global Dialogue on Seafood Traceability and is involved in several digital traceability projects, in addition to his current role with GSA.
