Parcs Saint Kerber and Algolesko won the top prizes in the 2024 Seafood Excellence Global awards at Seafood Expo Global, the world’s largest seafood trade event.

The top award for Best Retail Product was given to Parcs Saint Kerber for its entry, Oysters Trio Saint Kerber, a selection of three of the company’s most premium oysters. Algolesko won the grand prize for Best HORECA (hotel/restaurant/catering) Product for Wakame Pickles, a combination of wakame seaweed, salt, vinegar, and citrus flavors.

Four special Seafood Excellence Global awards were also given. The award for Convenience was presented to Phillips Foods, Inc. for its Signature Lobster Cakes. The Innovation award was given to Lucky Bag from Vinh Hoan Corporation. Multi X S.A. received the award for Retail Packaging for its Latitude 45 Smoked Salmon Candy Bites, and the prize for Best Seafood Product Line was awarded to Vega Salmon A/S for the SalmonChef® line of hot smoked salmon.
