Hope Kitterman is a marketing executive and brand strategist working at the intersection of food, hospitality, and sustainable aquaculture. As Head of Marketing at The Kingfish Company, she leads global brand strategy and commercial marketing for one of the world’s leading land-based producers of yellowtail kingfish. Her work focuses on building scalable marketing systems; playbooks, narratives, and formats– that connect chefs, retailers, and distributors with premium seafood while supporting international growth.
Prior to joining The Kingfish Company, Hope held international marketing and strategy roles at Five Guys, VICE Media, and Edelman, where she developed brand campaigns and audience strategies across the U.S., Europe, and Asia. She is particularly interested in how strong storytelling and disciplined brand systems help companies scale without losing authenticity.
