Anne-France has been leading the Tuna Group of Europêche for two years, in charge of relations with the institutions of the European Union and representatives of third states where the European tropical purse seiner fleet operates.
After graduating from Sciences Po Paris and the French National School of Maritime Security and Administration, she joined the Departmental Directorate for Territories and the Sea in the north of France until 2016, then was part of the French Bureau of European and International Affairs for fisheries until 2020. Between 2020 and 2022, she worked as a duty officer at the French Mediterranean Maritime rescue coordination center.
