Are you the next champion just like winner of 2017 Ho Man Lam, Chef de Partie* of Grand Hyatt Hotel* and winner of 2018 Tsz Yan Lam, Demi Chef* from Disney Explorers*?

Take part at this exciting challenge sign up NOW if you are a culinary talent between the ages of 21 to 32 with a minimum 3 years of relevant full-time work experience. Submission deadline is 17 July 2019(Wednesday).

Entry is free of charge and open to all qualified young chefs in Hong Kong. Simply submit to us your best seafood recipe and personal details and have the entry form signed off by your supervisor! This is also a mentorship program and you will have the opportunity to learn from top culinary professionals.

All shortlisted candidates will receive a Certificate of Excellence signed by our panel of distinguished master chefs and culinary experts and a chance to be crowded the winner of “Young Chef Challenge 2019” and take home a cash prize of US$2000 at Seafood Expo Asia, the premier seafood event which is attended by over 7,500 professionals in the seafood trade.
