Returning to Seafood Expo Asia and debuting in Singapore, the Young Chef Challenge took place from 4-5 September 2024.
Launched in 2017, this unique event celebrates the next generation of culinary talents, fostering mentorship and providing aspiring chefs with the opportunity to discover and refine their skills.
Keefe Chew, Junior Sous Chef at Naked Finn was crowned the winner of 2024 Young Chef Challenge.

Final Round
5 September, from 10:00 to 13:00 (inclusive of judging)
Cash Prize:
SGD 2,000 for the winner and SGD 1,000 for the 1st runner-up.
