Order Event Services

Required for Exhibitors sampling food in their booth. The rules regarding sampling can be found on the form.

The Temporary Food Permit Application must be submitted with a food service Health License or Permit from the exhibitor’s local, state, or regional Health Department.

Through this form you will provide booth details along with drawings of the booth design to be evaluated and approved. It is required for ALL Lead Exhibitors. This year we will be using a new email address for booth related questions, reminders, and approvals: [email protected]. To ensure all emails are received, it may be helpful to add this address to your contacts list.

Submit Booth Approval Form

If you will have any companies sharing your booth space, login to the Exhibitor Resource Center and click on the “Submit Co-Exhibitors” link to get them added to the event. Co-exhibitors will be processed within three business days and each company will receive their individual login in to the exhibitor resource center. Co-Exhibitors must contact their lead exhibitor to register for badges.

Please be sure to book your hotel stay through the ONLY official housing vendor, onPeak. Please let us know if you are contacted by any other companies regarding housing.

All staff working in your booth space during the event will need an Exhibitor Badge. This badge will also give you access during installation & dismantle days.

**If you are a Co-Exhibiting company, please note that you share a Registration password with your Lead Exhibitor. Please contact your Lead Exhibitor to register for badges.

Shipping, Move-in & Move-out Information

Seafood Expo North America’s official product sample donation organization is the Greater Boston Food Bank. Because of the nature of the perishable product, and need for guaranteed fresh or frozen transport, we partner with the Greater Boston Food Bank which has the cold storage resources to gather, transport, and deliver seafood product safely to 600 partner agencies across the Boston area, including food pantries, soup kitchens, senior centers and more. During the Expo, the GBFB will be onsite to hand out fliers exhibitors may use to note what product is to be donated, either on the Expo floor or in cold storage. The organization returns at event close to gather items. Onsite, information on product donations is also available in the Service Desk & Organizers Office in Room 052. If you wish to donate your product to another organization, you are required to submit an outbound shipping material handling form to the Freeman Service Desk location in Room 052 before the end of the event so that the donation organization’s carrier can pick up your product at the docks. No event floor pickup is allowed.

Recently Seafood Expo North America & Seafood Processing North America have been the target of groups that offer a variety of fraudulent services. This includes but is not limited to fraudulent travel, advertising, and data services. Many of our customers have reported that these groups who are not our official vendors fail to deliver on their promises to provide hotel reservations, advertising, or accurate data, then refuse to grant refunds. Some of these groups engage in illegal phishing practices or embed malware in their messages that could (if clicked) infect/hack your company’s systems. We strongly advise that you do not click on any links from e-mails or groups that look suspicious and always check our official vendor list before contracting with anyone. If you suspect that you have been contacted by a fraudulent vendor or have any questions, please contact us at [email protected]. Please note that Seafood Expo North America and its official vendors DO NOT sell attendee lists under any circumstance. Companies or groups offering such lists are not affiliated with Seafood Expo North America in any way and cannot possibly have accurate attendee data.   • Booths 300 sq. ft. or less will receive an identification sign and one 5″ x 14″ floor decal with booth number.
  • Booths larger than 300 sq. ft. may receive an identification sign upon request.

Seafood Processing North America

  • Each 10′ x 10′ booth will be set with 8′ high blue back drape and 3′ high blue side drape.
  • Booths 300 sq. ft. or less will receive an identification sign and one 5″ x 14″ floor decal with booth number.
  • Booths larger than 300 sq. ft. may receive an identification sign upon request.
