Seafood Tasting Sponsorship – $950

Complement your exhibiting experience with a sampling session of your seafood products in this heavily trafficked area of the Expo. The Wave Makers’ Zone, which features the popular Seafood Excellence Awards and Product Showcases, Chef Demonstrations, Oyster Shucking Competition and more, is a top destination for buyers interested in the latest innovations in the seafood industry. Enhance their experience by bringing your product right to where they already are!

Sponsorship details:

  • A 60-word description featuring details of the products to be sampled
  • 30-minute sampling event (5 minutes before and 5 minutes after are reserved for
    set up and clean up, 20 minutes tasting time)
  • Up to 3 products per sampling session
  • Promoted to all attendees

Available on a first come, first served basis.

Please note the following regulations: 

  • Your allotted time is subject to change based on final programming of the featured areas in Wave Makers’ Zone 
  • Up to 3 products per sampling session 
  • Exhibitors must obtain a Health Permit from the Boston Health Department for their booth. All food items brought in must be covered under the Health Permit. 

Items are limited to SAMPLE SIZE and must be dispensed/distributed in accordance to Local and State Health Codes: 

  • Food items are limited to “bite size” not to exceed 2 oz. portions or a 2 oz. prepackaged sample. 
  • All items must be served in individual plates or cups. Covers are not required for items. 

Before the tasting:

  • Arrive early for prepping, cooking and set‐up Be ready to serve right at starting time 
  • Bring napkins, utensils and individual plates or cups for serving 

During the tasting:

  • Be ready to serve and hand out business cards Introduce yourself and your product 
  • Please note that sampling must remain within the confines of the Sand Bar Area 

After the tasting:

  • Allow 5 minutes to set up and 5 minutes to clean up after your 20‐minute sampling session
