Yolanda Molares holds a BBA and an MA in International Studies from the University of Durham. She brings more than 25 years of experience in sustainable development, with a strong focus on the Blue Economy, fisheries, aquaculture, and coastal development. She has worked with regional and national sectoral institutions, leading strategic planning processes, technical studies, institutional strengthening programs, and investment promotion efforts.
Yolanda has professional experience in more than 20 countries across Africa, Asia, Latin America, and the European Union. She is part of the Blue Ports Initiative team, serving as a consultant to FAO, where she supports the advancement of sustainable and inclusive fishing port development strategies.
