Froukje Kruijssen works as a Human Rights Programme manager at ASC. In this role she leads ASC’s work on community engagement and Indigenous rights, and works on all other aspects of ASC’s social standards and other human rights programming such as worker voice, living wage and gender equality.
Before joining ASC, Froukje worked for 20 years in research and consulting, among others at WorldFish and the Royal Tropical Institute, where she conducted research on issues of inclusive (fisheries and aquaculture) value chains and responsible business conduct.
