All exhibitors are required to submit the Stand Approval Form. Review the Design Regulations for your stand type and submit this form ASAP as we have passed the deadline! Make sure to include renderings with measurements for all fixtures, components, and signage in the stand design.
All exhibitors have been sent an invitation email from Seafood Expo Global ([email protected]) with a link to the Digital Platform Exhibitor Center (accessible on both desktop & mobile). Please login using the link provided in the email to update your company profile. You can also visit the Digital Platform to login. Contact Customer Service if you experience issues logging in.
If you are a Lead Exhibitor and will be sharing your stand with Co-Exhibitors, please submit the Co-Exhibitor Form for each company as soon as possible. Processing Co-exhibitors takes up to 3 business days.

Visit Exhibitor Registration to register for your exhibitor badges. All lead & co-exhibiting companies within the same stand SHARE 5 complimentary badges per 10m2 stand. Additional badges will be charged 48€ per badge. If you need your login password re-sent, please email [email protected]. If you are a Co-Exhibiting company please contact your lead exhibitor for the password to register.
In an effort to make the entry process more efficient, we have moved to a digital badge and print from home format. You will now have the option to print your badge from home or download the digital badge in advance of the event. Additional information and instructions will be sent closer to the event. Your Print from Home and digital badge registration options will be emailed to you one month before the event (the week of 23 March).
All stand builders, exhibitors, contractors, and related personnel who need access to Fira Barcelona starting on Thursday 16 April are REQUIRED to have official credentials with them at all times. Make sure to have your ID as it will be required upon entering the venue. There are two types of acceptable credentials.
All exhibitor eVIP invitations and efforts are at no cost to you – they are included with your exhibit space purchase. You can share your custom link or code with your current or prospect buyers via your social media, email or linked digital ads on your company website. Your custom registration link includes a trackable code which will provide qualified buyers a FREE exhibit hall pass. These invitations should NOT be used to register exhibit stand staff, your vendors or non-exhibiting suppliers. *The exhibitor eVIP code does not discount the non-exhibiting suppliers fee for free Exhibit Hall access. They will be charged 200€ pre-event and 250€ onsite. Non-exhibiting suppliers are attendees whose businesses provide products and services to the seafood industry.
Due to the current geopolitical situation, Diversified is not accepting the participation of companies from Russia or Belarus at the 2026 edition of Seafood Expo Global and Seafood Processing Global.

Review the Cold Storage Form as soon as possible to and follow the steps outlined to guarantee storage for your seafood products.
The Event Organizer will supply complimentary refrigerator & freezer storage for seafood products only. Once Resa receives your goods, they will send you a reference number. Keep this reference number with you so Resa staff will be available to quickly identify your shipment and show you which cold storage unit it is stored in. An exhibitor badge is required to retrieve seafood products during exposition days.

Resa Expo Logistics is the Exclusive Provider of all mechanical equipment (including, but not limited to, forklifts, scissor lifts, booms, and their operators). Hand crank items are permissible for individuals to bring and utilize. For equipment rentals and storage needs, email the completed Resa Booking Form to [email protected]. You will receive a confirmation email including a quote, booking numbers, and information for access and services.
All stand installation and dismantling must be done within official hours. Any stand builder / exhibitor needing to work beyond 22:00 must apply for a Late Work Exemption through Servifira at least 48 hours ahead of time. Late work will not be permitted on Monday 20 April.
Exhibitors and Stand Builders are required to remove all waste created during installation & dismantle. There will be no public waste bins available for exhibitor contractor use during installation and dismantle. Exhibitors can choose to remove the waste themselves or order waste removal service and container rentals through Servifira before 17 March to receive Early Bird Pricing!
If you are planning to drive to Barcelona with a vehicle that has a foreign number plate or a Spanish plate that does not meet the requirements for driving in the Barcelona low emission zones, you must Register Your Vehicle beforehand and check that you comply with the necessary environmental requisites.
