Amy McGann serves as Director of Social Responsibility at the Global Seafood Alliance. She began her career at the U.S. State Department working to advance human rights, labor rights and anti-trafficking efforts in the Bureau of South and Central Asian Affairs and the Bureau of Democracy, Human Rights, and Labor. Amy has also worked on labor rights projects for USAID and the International Labor Organization and led projects to promote labor rights in global seafood supply chains at FishWise. Amy holds an M.A. in Philosophy from UCLA, and a J.D. from the University of Wisconsin Law School.
