Sunneva Sverrisdóttir leads CO/PLUS, a creative business consultancy in Copenhagen, as CEO and Senior Partner. She and her team work closely with companies to refresh business models, brand strategies, and market approaches for global growth. Sunneva has helped seafood brands launch new products, reach international markets, and build lasting value for businesses, consumers, and investors.
Sunneva grew up in Iceland and has lived in Honduras, Argentina, Austria, and Spain. Her international experience shapes how she works with seafood companies focused on exports.
She has led prominent cases, including Collab, transforming cod skin collagen into Iceland’s top-selling functional beverage, ORA, creating the “Icelandic Seafood Starters” category for premium exports, Icelandic Seafood, developing a global business platform, and Vega Salmon, designing a growth strategy that led to a successful exit to Maj Invest.
In addition to her work, Sunneva co-founded Katla Nordic, a network for over 100 young Icelandic businesswomen in Denmark. She is a strong advocate for diversity and inclusion in consulting, and is dedicated to mentoring, leadership development, and driving innovation that transforms business as a whole.
She recently joined the board of Blue Lagoon Skincare, where she helps grow the brand and highlight Icelandic innovation.
