Lam Kee Fisheries Pte Ltd (Singapore) won the Best New Product award for its retail product Snow Treasures Miso-Marinated Cod Cube. The awards for second and third place for Best New Product were given to Vinh Hoan Corporation (Vietnam) for its Protein Pho Fusion and Gumusdoga Seafood (Turkey) for its Frozen Salmon Trout Fillet, respectively.
