Returning to Seafood Expo Asia and debuting in Singapore, the Young Chef Challenge will take place from 4-5 September 2024.
Launched in 2017, the Young Chef Challenge is a unique event to recognize the next generation of culinary talents. The competition encourages culinary mentorship and provides opportunity for aspiring culinary chefs to discover and further develop their skills.

Final Round
5 September, from 10:00 to 13:00 (inclusive of judging)
Cash Prize:
SGD 2,000 for the winner and SGD 1,000 for the 1st runner-up.
