Do you have what it takes to be the WINNER of  Young Chef Challenge competition?

 Returning to Seafood Expo Asia and debuting in Singapore, the Young Chef Challenge will take place from  4-5 September at Sands Expo and Convention Centre.

4- 5 September, from 8:30 to 13:30 (inclusive of preparation and judging)

Cash Prize:
SGD 2,000 for the winner and SGD 1,000 for the 1st runner-up.

Entry Requirements:
Full-time culinary students and professional chefs under the age of 25 at the time of the first-round competition
(4 September 2024).

6 finalists will be selected for the onsite challenges by the judging panel. Qualified finalists will receive notification via email with competition rules and details by early August.
