Be an Industry Leader by Presenting at Seafood Expo Asia/Seafood Processing Asia!

Speaking proposals are being accepted from those who are interested in presenting at the 14th edition of Seafood Expo Asia/Seafood Processing Asia. The conference program will be held on 2-4 September 2026 at Sands Expo and Convention Centre in Singapore.

亚洲海鲜展/Seafood Processing Asia conference is an opportunity to share insights and exchange ideas with seafood industry professionals in Asia, including suppliers of seafood and seafood processing equipment, seafood importers/exporters, wholesalers/distributors, retailers, foodservice professionals, academic, research, industry institutions and associations to promote collaborations and contribute success to the seafood industry.

The Conference Team is looking for insights covering the most important and timely issues relevant to the current business environment and of educational value.

Priority consideration will be given to the following topics:

  • Aquaculture and Smart Farming
  • Food Services & Retail Insights 
  • Packaging Solutions
  • Seafood Industry Outlook and Trends
  • Seafood Processing Innovation
  • Sustainability & Ethics
  • Technology & Digitalization

Requirements:

  • The attendee experience is one of the Expo’s highest priorities. Speaking proposals will be chosen based on the quality of informative, engaging and practical information, in combination with speaker credentials and expertise.
  • This conference is intended to be an educational program, therefore, proposals which contain commercial or promotional content will not be accepted.
  • If submitting a proposal for a panel discussion, please note that each panel will now be restricted to no more than one moderator and four panelists.


The following information is required to be included in the proposal submission:

  1. Session title – it should quickly describe the content and relevance of your presentation
  2. Description of the session – explains the focus of your presentation and synopsis
  3. Learning objectives
  4. Session format – single presenter, panel or other


Policies governing accepted proposals:

  1. All conference sessions may be recorded, and content may be used by Seafood Expo Asia/Seafood Processing Asia or Diversified’s Seafood Group of other events and media for marketing.
  2. Speakers must agree that any material presented may be reproduced and that the material presented does not infringe any copyright.
  3. No speaker honoraria and no reimbursement for travel or housing expenses will be provided.

Proposals must be received no later than 30 April 2026, 11:59PM ET
