Dr. Lou Kutzler

With over 15 years of expertise in product and process development within the CPG space, Dr. Lou Kutzler currently serves as the Director of Food Science and Innovation at Umami Bioworks, leading the development of cell-cultured seafood product applications.  He previously played a pivotal role at a Singapore plant-based vegan seafood startup, held key international positions at Nestlé focusing on pet food innovation, and worked in the North American meat processing industry.  Throughout his career, he has launched seven global technical platforms, over 40 new products, and commissioned factories in five countries.
