Clean Label Uni Paste. The product is chem-free and is made without Alum (Aluminum Phosphate), common in most sea urchin products, Titanium Oxide – used as a colorant in most Sea Urchin products, Anneto – used as a colorant in some sea urchin products. The product is HPP Pasteurized so all pathogens, Viruses, Bacteria, Mould, Fungi are eliminated from the product naturally while the nutritional benefits, unique flavours and very special Umame sensation is maintained at natural levels. The product is frozen in a squeeze tube format and has a two-year shelf life frozen. The product can be kept in refrigerated conditions for up to 30 days after thawing. The product is in a squeeze tube format to minimize contamination of the product between uses. This is a vast improvement over a jarred or tubbed product, where contamination can easily happen between uses. The product can be used directly as a spread, topping or accent to any dish, appetizer or entree, and can also be used in Soups, Sauces, Tourines, Foams, Gelatine preparations, and even gravies as a flavor enhancer.
