Seafood Expo Asia to Showcase the Latest Seafood Products for the Asian Market

Products will be on display at the event which takes place from 10-12 September at the Sands Expo and Convention Centre in Singapore

Singapore (14 August 2025) 亚洲海鲜展, organized by Diversified, is a strategic platform gathering seafood suppliers from around the world showcasing their latest products and innovations to buyers across Asia. The event will feature product offerings from a range of seafood species including ready-to-eat, health-conscious and value-added products, innovative and sustainable packing solutions, processing equipment, services and technologies and more.

The latest seafood products for the Asian market and the companies behind them will be featured in the event’s onsite product showcase and throughout the exhibit hall. In addition, the Seafood Excellence Asia Awards showcase will highlight the new seafood products being introduced into the market within the last 18 months. Seafood products selected as finalists for the awards will be judged and tasted by a panel of seafood buyers and industry experts on the first day of the Expo.

Shiino Foods Co., Ltd. – Shuto

Shiino’s Shuto is made by salting and aging rare parts of tuna and bonito over a long period of time. Shuto (often referred to as Japanese anchovies) can be used as a secret ingredient in a variety of dishes and has a natural umami that creates a gourmet seasoning.

Lian Ruey Enterprise Co. Ltd. – Lobster Oil

A seafood flavored oil made from fresh lobster shells through slow simmering and low temperature extraction to deliver a rich aroma and natural umami flavor.

Sincere Food Investment Pte Ltd. – Squid Har Kow

The Squid Har Kow features finely chopped squid encased in a delicate, translucent wheat starch wrapper and is a dim sum favorite.

Frozen Turkish salmon trout cut into fillets. 

LongyangFresh (Qinghai) Co., Ltd. – Smoked Trout Slice

中国

Made in a sashimi-grade standard factory, the trout is smoked in a traditional low-temperature slow smoking process. The process includes carefully selecting imported beech wood from more than ten different flavor-smoking woods to slowly cold-smoke the whole trout. The finished product has a reduced salt content to make it a health-conscious option and has a fragrant woody aroma.

Germany

The patented Cool Thorn is an alternative cooling mat to display seafood or fish without using ice. The mat uses sea water to freeze and can be reused more than 1,000 times.

加拿大

A chem-free clean label uni paste is made without alum, titanium oxide and anneto, all common in most sea urchin products. The product is HPP pasteurized to eliminate all pathogens, viruses, bacteria, mold and fungi naturally while keeping the nutritional benefits and unique flavors.

Honduras

The frozen white shrimp is raised on family-owned farms in the Gulf of Fonseca. It’s harvested with a commitment to responsible farming and is free from antibiotics and additives and fully traceable.

Korea

A disinfectant generator that produces an activated electrolyzed sodium hypochlorite solution using only water, salt and electrolysis.
