LiBin Sim is an international business development professional with over 20 years of experience across the seafood, food manufacturing and FMCG sectors. Throughout his career, he has worked extensively with manufacturers, importers, exporters, distributors, industry associations and government agencies to develop international markets, strengthen supply chains and build cross-border commercial partnerships across Asia, the Middle East, Europe and Latin America.
Most recently, LiBin served as Executive Director of the Seafood Industries Association Singapore (SIAS), where he led initiatives in internationalisation, trade missions, business matching and industry capability development. He worked closely with agencies including Enterprise Singapore, the Singapore Food Agency and overseas trade organisations to support market access and international collaboration for Singapore’s seafood industry.
LiBin currently serves as Director of Tomori Group Pte. Ltd., where he continues to advise businesses on international market development, strategic partnerships and trade opportunities across the seafood and broader food sectors.
He holds an Executive MBA (Honours) from Aalto University Executive Education and a Master of Chemical Engineering from Imperial College London.
