Aditya Dash is a seasoned executive with a strong background in the seafood industry, combining over two decades of leadership in aquaculture, seafood processing, and business development with broader ventures in hospitality and real estate.
He currently serves as the Chief Executive Officer of Ayana Seafood, the seafood trading division of The Suryo Group, and as Managing Director of Ram’s Assorted Cold Storage Limited, where he oversees two seafood processing units in Cuttack and Paradeep specializing in frozen raw, cooked, and breaded shrimp and seafood products. His leadership emphasizes operational efficiency, product innovation, and sustainable growth in the global seafood supply chain.
Aditya is also Executive Director at Suryo Udyog Ltd., a pioneer in India’s seafood industry since 1976, which has now diversified into real estate projects across Odisha. In addition, as Executive Director of Golden Anchor Pvt. Ltd., he manages hospitality operations with two hotels serving Paradeep and Dhamra Ports, alongside new developments in Gopalpur and Chandaka.
He brings a strong academic foundation to his leadership, holding a Bachelor of Business Administration (Finance) from The George Washington University School of Business, and a Certificate in Sustainable Aquaculture from the University of St Andrews. Earlier, he completed his schooling at The Doon School with a concentration in sciences.
