Adam Wing

Adam has been with Seafood Scotland – the national trade marketing organisation for the Scottish seafood sector – for five years. He champions Scotland’s world-renowned seafood to discerning chefs and buyers around the globe, helping it reach Michelin-starred restaurants, business class cabins, and five-star hotels.

He supports suppliers in bringing their products to market, identifies new opportunities, and helps buyers source seafood tailored to their needs. His work includes organising inward chef missions, assisting processors in finding new markets, engaging with government, and contributing to trade negotiations.

Prior to joining Seafood Scotland, Adam worked for the UK Government, promoting key export categories such as whisky, red meat, seafood, and dairy. He holds a Business degree and, in his spare time, enjoys travel, gardening, and home improvement projects.
