Oyster Challenge

🦪 Three Rounds of Challenges:

• Round 1 – Shuck & Arrange Challenge
  Shuck 12 oysters as cleanly and perfectly as possible and arrange them in a traditional circular presentation.
• Round 2 – House Dressing Challenge
  You’ll be given 12 oysters. Shuck and present 6 oysters to the judging panel, paired with your own house dressing.
• Round 3 – Mystery Box Challenge
  In this round, teams will take part in an oyster cook-off using a specific cooking method selected by the judging panel, along with ingredients provided in the mystery box.

📝 How to Enter:
Simple complete the form and submit the application via email on or before 31 July 2025. Entries are limited and on a first-come first-served basis. No entry fee required.
