Seafood Expo Asia is the gateway to Asia’s rapidly expanding seafood industry and the ONLY event that facilitates lucrative business opportunities between seafood buyers and suppliers, with its FREE Business Matchmaking Program.

Since its introduction in 2013, the Business Matchmaking Program has grown in size, participation and satisfaction. At the 2023 edition, the program successfully facilitated over 250 meetings between exhibitors and high volume retailers and importers from major markets throughout Asia.

How it Works:

The free Business Matchmaking Program provides exhibitors with the platform to find the ideal high volume buyers/importers, establish business introductions and create lucrative business transactions through private, on-site meeting rooms.

Find & Meet with the Right Buyers:

  • As an exhibitor, you are automatically registered and will receive a Business Matchmaking Program email 2-3 business days after completing your Exhibitor Registration.
  • You will need to provide details on the products/services you offer, as well as buyer preference information through a brief, online form. Similar information will be collected from high volume buyers and importers through registration.
  • Once your information is submitted to the Business Matchmaking platform, you will be able to see which buyers match your preferences and want your products/services! From here, you can select who you would like to meet with, send a digital “handshake” and schedule a meeting in one of the private, on-site meeting rooms (found in the Business Matchmaking Lounge).
  • A confirmed schedule will be emailed to you prior to the event.

Where to start

The Seafood Expo Asia Business Matchmaking Program (through “Jublia”) will be available in the months leading up to the next edition. All you have to do to participate is complete your Exhibitor Registration and fill out your exhibitor information via your Exhibitor Resource Center – your company’s products, services, matchmaking contact and more will be automatically uploaded to the Jublia system in 2-3 business days. The sooner you fill out all of the information, the sooner you can start matching!

When everything has been submitted and the portal is online, you will receive notifications via email from [email protected]. Don’t miss out on this potentially lucrative opportunity!
