Frank Arne Naesheim, is the owner and founder of Snorre Food Singapore. He has spent the last 36 years in Singapore building up Snorre Food to be one of the leading suppliers of Cold-Water Seafood in Singapore and around Southeast Asia. Malin Florvåg

Ms. Malin Florvåg is the Director International Relations at the Norwegian Food Safety Authority. Before this she worked as head of Section, International Affairs. She has more than 20 years of experience from the Food Safety Authority sector. Malin holds a Master degree in Marine Biology.

Åshild Nakken

Åshild Nakken (An) worked as Manager for Value Added Products at Lerøy Seafood AS and held various positions in the company within sales, market development, and communications from 2012. She has particularly focused on markets in Asia and the Middle East and has extensive work experience within the region. Before joining Lerøy she worked as the Norwegian Seafood Council’s Director to China for five years and as their Global Communication Lead, which also included a year in their Tokyo office. Martin Skaug

Martin Skaug, Director of Communications of the Norwegian Seafood Council, began his career in the seafood industry as a salmon farmer at the age of 16. He holds a master’s degree in Leadership, innovation and market from UiT, the Arctic University of Norway. Skaug is the chairman of the Bukta Tromsø Open Air Festival, amongst other board positions. He also has over a decade of experience as a revue producer and director, and several years as an improvisational actor with former Norwegian improv champions “Gratis øl”. Skaug has been with the Seafood Council since 2016.
