Hugo Boutrais is a 32-year-old entrepreneur, currently serving as the CEO of the Boutrais Group and Family, an oyster company based in Saint-Malo, Brittany. Since a young age, he has been immersed in captivating stories of his ancestors, explorers, corsairs, and great Breton sailors who sailed the oceans in search of new lands. Growing up with a passion for this maritime heritage, Hugo was trained by his father in the family business. At the helm of the Boutrais Family, he is driven by a clear ambition: to produce the finest oyster and continuously improve their work in the oyster industry. His goal is to master each step of the process, from oyster farms to the final consumer.
