With over 15 years of experience in food safety, labeling, regulatory compliance, and policy development, she provides technical expertise to support rulemaking, develop compliance strategies, and offer guidance to stakeholders.<\/p>\n<p>Her professional background includes significant work with the USDA\u2019s Food Safety and Inspection Service, where she played a key role in food safety investigations and enforcement initiatives to enhance public health protections. Dr. Jones holds a Ph.D. in Food Science &amp; Technology, as well as a Master of Public Administration from Louisiana State University.
