He holds a Master 2 in Fisheries and Aquaculture and a Master 2 in Economics of Marine Resources and Coastal Environment. Mr. MANEL has been Coordinator of the Studies and Planning Unit, Director of Maritime Fisheries, and Director of the Management and Exploitation of the Seabed, at the Ministry of Fisheries and Maritime Economy in Senegal, with a short experience of the NGOs with Greenpeace Africa as Political advisor in Dakar.
